I have 17 years experience as a fundraiser, as an in-house development director and a fundraising consultant and coach. I have closed over 25 capital campaigns, identified and connected with donors of all levels to inspire giving, and coached and advised executive leadership and boards. I develop fundraising plans, perform development assessments, coach executives, boards and staff in leading fundraising techniques, write fundraising materials, advise on capital campaigns, and develop and improve major gift programs. I understand the hard and rewarding work of nonprofits, and what it takes to be successful financially through philanthropy. Each non-profit is unique, and I meet organizations where they are.
