With more than 20 years experience in nonprofit management, operations, marketing, and development, Kristen Runk is passionate about helping small and mid-sized organizations reach their full potential. Due to her interest and involvement in the arts, Kristen began her career in arts administration in New York City and has since been involved with nonprofits addressing a wide variety of issues and fields including education, social services, and cultural organizations. Kristen is most interested in solving problems and "untangling knots". She knows from experience that things can get overwhelming at times and she finds that asking questions and listening to her clients will often help to uncover where the real need lies.
