I began Racebrook Consulting after 23 years of serving as an in-house counsel and executive for various nonprofits in New York & Connecticut. The focus of Racebrook is to assist clients working to solve critical problems by providing legal counsel, individual coaching, training, and administrative & operational systems improvement. Racebrook's clients seek guidance from a professional who is empathetic, understands the nuance of running nonprofits, and can guide them from the identification of challenges all the way through the successful implementation of new practices and ideas. With our partners, we provide defined project work, engage as fractional human resource leaders, and as an interim executive director for small nonprofits in transition.
