My consulting services include work, like the following: complex problem-solving, analyzing the culture and policies of organizations and teams to make recommendations for improvement and providing employee training for both leadership and compliance topics. Finally, I am a facilitator and mediator, which means I design and present events like team retreats and I help clients manage conflict as well as litigated and non-litigated disputes.
