I help new nonprofit leaders to navigate challenging situations and relationships. Typically, these leaders come to me when they are newly hired and inheriting turbulence and dysfunction. In these situations, I work with leaders to effectively execute their strategic plans – which includes navigating difficult conversations, creating high performing cultures, and cultivating an inclusive and equitable work environment. My expertise spans diverse areas, including leadership development, strategic planning, leading change, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I provide individual coaching, team coaching, and workshops around the topics above. I also provide organizational development consultations to provide support around leadership development programs, and succession planning.
