Dr. Jay's lane is anchored in doctoral research that documented the experiences of nonprofit leaders navigating DEI related pressure between 2020 and 2025 (Jimerson, J., 2026), which surfaced four cross case themes and three leader types that now form the firm's diagnostic frame. Nehemie's lane is anchored in licensed clinical practice that brings the same rigor to the human side of organizational change.
