Services include leadership and organizational accompaniment and advising, strategic direction planning and change management process facilitation, network weaving, facilitating participatory design processes, funder and board education and engagement. Our practice focuses on providing leaders, organizations, and networks with the accompaniment, guidance, and facilitated engagement needed to cultivate internal and external strategic alignment, and navigate change and inflection points toward greater impact and transformation. We draw on 15 years of experience in philanthropy and over 20 in the nonprofit sector.
