Our flagship program, New Manager Jumpstart, is designed specifically for managers in mission-driven organizations who are new to their role or haven’t received much management training in the past. We also offer Culture Coaching, Project Launch Support, and Interim Leadership. Our approach is practical and human-centered. Our Principal brings 20+ years of nonprofit leadership most recently at Mass Audubon. That experience shapes everything: we know what nonprofit teams need and we design accordingly.
