She is an OD consultant, facilitator, and leadership coach who founded her private practice in 2000 with a focus on leadership development, DEI, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Claudia is skillful at bringing people together to find solutions to their pressing issues. She recognizes the resourcefulness and creativity of individuals, teams and organizations while partnering with them in the design and implementation of interventions. Her goal is to promote effective work environments based on respect, trust, and commitment where members think strategically and demonstrate high levels of motivation.
