I am the founder and principal of Demographic Perspectives (DP), a demographic, market, and survey research firm based in New Haven, CT, and a certified CT women-owned business. DP helps nonprofit organizations and their consultants make data-driven decisions by providing custom research for strategy, communications, policy, and planning.  Our team of demographers design and conduct research and planning projects using interviews, focus groups, surveys, environmental scanning, population analysis and modeling, benchmarking, and market analysis. DP also conducts organizational climate assessments with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) focus, and uses empirical evidence to evaluate programs, aligning them with best practices and helping clients to make informed decisions.
