John Osterman, Managing Partner of Osterman Systems, with over 25 years experience working in Finance, Tech and Business management, split relatively equally between the for-profit and not-for-profit fields, understands the approach needed for building solid back office capacity. He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering, as well as certifications in Nonprofit Business Management from Trinity College, Data Science and Analysis from MIT and Cloud Systems Architecture from AWS.
