Alex has dedicated his career to supporting organizations in the social sector. Early in his career, Alex served as a Regional Director at Kaplan Inc., a Vice President at Teach for America and an Executive Director at Horizons, a non-profit serving youth and families. Since 2011, Alex has operated as an independent organizational management consultant, executive coach and philanthropic advisor serving clients across the social sector. His active client portfolio includes: local and international foundations, national organizations and numerous CT based non-profits working in K-12 education, higher education, public policy, criminal justice, health care and cradle to career systems development.
