Odyssey Consulting focuses on the human dynamics critical to any individual's or team's effectiveness. I provide leadership and career coaching, leadership team alignment, retreat facilitation, assistance in building strong teams and intentionally developing exceptional workplace cultures, enhancing communication and conflict management abilities and managing the human dynamics of organizational change and transition. I use organizational assessments, when appropriate, to include all in the process of identifying and addressing what works well and what needs attention. I am Myers-Briggs certified. Currently, much of our coaching is done remotely using ZOOM. Odyssey Consulting is comprised of two partners and one senior consultant and has been in business for 23 years.
