I have been in the field of program and organizational development for over twenty five years, researching and acquiring funding, and designing, developing, and managing programs. As a social worker with a variety of nonprofits, I spent the first six years of my career providing direct services to youth and families in the areas of mental health, education, physical health and employment. Later I moved into management, program development, and consulting, first on the state level and then nationally and internationally. I have worked with many different populations and organizations over the years and am happy to assist with small grant writing jobs or larger program development and fundraising strategies. I have primarily worked remotely for the past 25 years.
