I provide coaching and training on strategic planning and implementation with a focus on organizational performance through aligning people, process, and technology. I, also, provide advice and training on organizational performance through diversity, equity, and inclusion with an emphasis on creating welcoming, inclusive, teams that are high-performing teams. My approach to consulting is collaborative. My experience has been that while there are similarities between all organizations, I believe that every organization is unique and must be assisted corresponding to that uniqueness. I use the Prosci Change Management methodology for overall organizational improvement efforts as customized and described in my book The Diversity Factor: Igniting Superior Organizational Performance.
