I provide coaching, consulting, and facilitation for those looking to root organization practice and individual leadership in equity and belonging. My work is driven by the personal and organizational reckonings I had during my nearly 20 year nonprofit career, including as an executive director. No matter the venue, I create a space where other leaders know that they are seen and heard by someone who will not blame or shame them, but will instead normalize discomfort, encourage risk-taking, and respectfully hold them accountable for doing their own reckoning and learning work. Workshops are most frequently co-facilitated with folks with different identities and backgrounds to promote equity in design and model it in practice. My most frequent co-facilitator is ala ochumare.
